What is Quest for Christ?
A unique ministry to kids attending public elementary schools in Davenport, Bettendorf and Pleasant Valley
Most Quest for Christ clubs meet once per week either directly after school (3p-4p)
or directly before school (7:30a-8:15a) for approximately 13 weeks (6 weeks from early October thru early December and then 7 weeks from early January to March)

Mission: To point kids to the hope and love of Jesus Christ as they encounter the daily challenges of public school
Purpose: To point kids to a life of hope in Christ as they:

Grow in their walk with Jesus

Make wise decisions for today and for their future using Biblical wisdom

Serve kids in 14 different QC elementary schools with nearly 500 kids participating

What does it look like to volunteer with Quest?

Give 60-90 minutes per week as a small group leader working with kids using predetermined curriculum(Clubs run once per week during the same time and day)

Prep for 15 minutes per week prior to club time reading lesson and praying for kids
What is required to become a volunteer?
